PZ-J 539LGN

Precizioned PZ-J 539LGN Green is a uniquely formulated premium jewelry injection pattern wax suitable for general patterns and specifically for the production of highly detailed patterns requiring superior strength and flexibility for more delicate filigree designs. This wax offers an exceptional balance of characteristics with the appropriate level of ductility for easy removal from the mold without damaging the pattern. 539LGN Green provides excellent injection, good flow, low shrinkage, exceptional surface finish and reproduction of fine detail with improved levels of opacity.

539LGN Green offers a very high level of consistency with extremely low ash residue. 539LGN Green is also recommended for stone in place casting. All manufactured product undergoes stringent Quality Control testing to ensure the highest level of quality. As well, a Certificate of Analysis is provided for all material produced.

PZ-J 516KB

Precizioned Fire Flex Blue - PZ-J 516KB is a technically engineered premium jewelry injection pattern wax offering the most plasticity, flexibility and ductility in our product line. This unique product provides exceptional memory which produces sharp detail and can withstand rough handling when removed from complex molds. Fire Flex Blue provides superior shelf life and is well suited for metal molds and stone in place casting. It is produced with only the purest and high quality synthetic raw materials available, Fire Flex Blue offers very high consistency combined with extremely low ash residue.

Precizioned SculptaCastTM EarthTM is a versatile, technically engineered high grade sculpture wax ideal for painting and slushing casting. It has been designed to have a wide application temperature range to accommodate all areas of application requirements. SculptaCastTM EarthTM has additional benefits as it is formulated to reduce associated defects of bulging and or lifting without the need for painting edges or fixturing.

This benefit is considerable as the final part will represent the identical match of the artist original design, which may have otherwise been distorted. This benefit also reduces the need for extensive trimming and subsequent assembly times due to rework. Additionally this product still provides enough body to be used as a backup wax, making it a ONE WAX solution. The product is based from high grade petroleum and natural raw materials providing consistent results and is naturally clean burning with very low ash residue.

Precizioned SculptaCastTM FlexTM is a unique blend of our bestselling Earth and Limerick wax products. Offering the best of both formulas to provide a more ridged wax that is still workable and paints on beautifully. This technically engineered high grade sculpture wax is ideal for painting and slushing casting. SculptaCastTM FlexTM is formulated to reduce associated defects of bulging and or lifting without the need for painting edges or fixturing, producing an identical match of the artist original design, which may have otherwise been distorted.

Precizioned SculptaCastTM PZ-A 428AR is a general grade red sculpture wax ideal for painting and slush casting. Its low viscosity and excellent flow characteristics allow for painting and slushing of fine detail. As well, its moderate set rate provides the capability of being effectively used as a backup wax. SculptaCastTM 428AR offers moderate rigidity and high polishing capability. This product is easily adaptable and readily blends with other sculpture waxes in our product line to obtain specific desired properties or creating your own custom blend.
